What connects a Winnetka home office with a Chicago Art Institute exhibit on architect David Adler? Each shows how Eiesland uses quality craftmanship to realize a client's dream. For the exhibit, Eiesland created special woodcarving tools to replicate the actual mouldings and doors from the turn of the century. The details and proportions Adler created then are a classic base that we build on today. For the office, Eiesland integrated modern hardware and functional details with traditional design elements: wainscoting flows into cabinets which are topped with crown moulding to tie the room together.
